APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Ted Baker, the British designer brand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Sheinfield as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Anne is a commercial lawyer with 19 years post qualification experience in the theatre, TV and music areas of entertainment. Anne has worked in a number of senior in-house legal roles at organisations including the Society of West End Theatre and Theatrical Management Association, Cameron Mackintosh Limited and later Sony Music Entertainment UK. She currently works as an independent legal and business affairs consultant to clients in the music and TV business.

Anne will be appointed to the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees after a suitable period of induction with the Company.

Commenting on the announcement, Ted Baker Chairman Robert Breare said: 

"We are delighted that Anne Sheinfield is joining the Ted Baker Board. She brings with her a wealth of Intellectual Property and Commercial legal experience and we look forward to her contribution going forward."

Ted Baker confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to this appointment.
