Appointment of Mr David Cook as an Independent Non- Executive Director

The Company announces the appointment of Mr David Cook as an Independent Non- Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Mr Cook is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with extensive financial and commercial experience within both PLC and Private Equity backed environments.

Mr Cook is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Pirum Systems Ltd, a company providing various securities finance automation services. From 2009 to 2015, he was the Chief Financial Officer with Musto Ltd, an international wholesale and retailing business. Mr. Cook was Chief Financial Officer of Laura Ashley Holdings plc from 2002 to 2006 and was the Finance Director & a main Board member from 2006 to 2008.

In accordance with FCA Listing Rule 9.6.13, the Company confirms that there is no information to be disclosed in relation to Mr Cook and that he is not a director of any other public listed company and has not held any other directorships in any public listed companies within the last five years.

Mr Cook does not currently have an interest in any of the Company's shares.
