(the "Company") dated 23 December2014 (the "Announcements") in relation to the Framework Agreement of Sale of Natural Gas, the Sale and PurchaseContract of Chemical Products (Keqi), the purchase of Chemical Products under the Sale and Purchase Contract ofChemical Products (Duolun) and the Fuel Purchase Framework Agreement (the "Agreements"). Unless otherwise defined,capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements. Quam Capital Limited has been appointed as the independent financial adviser (the "Independent Financial Adviser")to advise the independent board committee and the independent shareholders in connection with the Agreements.
