Appointment of Group Finance Director
The Board of Photo-Me (PHTM.L), the instant service equipment group, is pleased to announce the appointment yesterday as an executive Director and Group Finance Director of Françoise Coutaz-Replan.
Françoise has been with what is now the Photo-Me Group since 1991. From January 2005 to October 2007, she was Deputy Financial Controller of Photo-Me in the UK; since November 2007, she has been Finance Director of Photo-Me France (the French holding company) and KIS (the French Sales & Servicing company). Françoise has a Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable and a Maîtrise de Sciences et Techniques Comptables et Financières.
Françoise succeeds Jean-Luc Peurois, who died on 5 July 2009 having been Group Finance Director since 2000.
Welcoming Françoise Coutaz-Replan to the Board, Hugo Swire, Chairman, said "I am delighted to welcome Françoise to the Board and congratulate her on her appointment as Group Finance Director. She will bring stability and continuity to the Group following the sad death of Jean Luc Peurois, her longstanding predecessor."
With regard to Françoise Coutaz-Replan, there are no details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
