Appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer

Action Hotels, a leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Krishnamurthy Sundaresan (Krish) as the Company's Chief Financial Officer with effect from 17 May 2015.

Krish is a chartered accountant with over 22 years of experience in senior finance positions at international companies in the Middle East, Singapore, Japan, Australia and India. He has particular experience in real estate and hospitality having demonstrated success in roles such as Group CFO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, a multibillion dollar investment firm, Group CFO of Deyaar PJSC, a real estate company listed on the Dubai Financial Market and Senior Vice President of Dubai Investment Group Real Estate and Hospitality, an investment company with assets under management of USD $2billion at the time. He was also Regional Finance Manager for IKEA, South East Asia between 2000 and 2005.
