Appointment of Group Chief Executive Officer

Mortice Ltd (AIM: MORT), the AIM listed security and facilities management company with India focused operations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brigadier Rajan Oberoi as Chief Executive Officer of the Tenon Group of Companies.The Tenon Group of Companies includes Mortice's main operating subsidiaries, Peregrine Guarding Private Limited, Tenon Property Services Private Limited, Rotopower Projects Private Limited and Tenon Property Services (Lanka) Private Limited.

As the Managing Director of Peregrine for the last five years, Brigadier Oberoi has delivered revenue growth of 29% CAGR (in INR terms) for the guarding segment of the business. He has also streamlined business and enhanced customer experience by implementing Key Account Management system within the guarding division.

Brig. Oberoi is an accomplished security professional with over 34 years of experience in security related functions. While with the Indian Army, Brig. Oberoi was tasked with the responsibility to raise the first combat elements of the National Security Guards - The "Black Cats", and subsequently went on to head this elite counter terrorist outfit as their "Force Commander". BrigadierOberoi's distinguished services in diverse fields, including counter-terrorism, has earned him accolades, including the prestigious President's Police Medal for Gallantry(PPMG) and a VishishtSeva Medal(VSM)"
