This is with reference to MOPNG Letter No. CA-31033/1/2016-CA/FTS:42979 dated11.12.2020 in respect of appointment of Smt. Usha Suresh, Senior Economic Advisor, MoP&NG on the Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Limited w.e.f. 10.12.2020 for a period of 3 years on co-terminus basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Smt. Usha Suresh does not have any relation inter-se with other Director(s) of the Company.
