Kiran Parmar Appointed Global Group Marketing Director of Air Partner

Air Partner, the leading air charter broker and Royal Warrant Holder, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kiran Parmar as Group Marketing Director. Kiran joins Air Partner with 23 years' marketing experience in the transport and luxury sectors, notably at Ford Motor Company and Bentley Motors. Kiran joins Air Partner at an exciting time for the Group; his focus will be on growing the brand globally, in line with the Group's growth strategy.

In 2007, Kiran joined Bentley Motors, the British luxury car company, where he was Head of Global Market Research, Product, and Brand Strategy. While at Bentley, Kiran helped establish a research and personal CRM approach, enabling Bentley to build deeper targeted relationships with high net worth customers. Kiran was instrumental in the identification of new markets and delivering incremental sales growth through improved product lifecycle management.

Prior to joining Bentley, Kiran spent 17 years at Ford Motor Company in a variety of international marketing and sales roles, including leading the brand, marketing and launch activities for Asia Pacific and China. During his tenure, Ford's market share doubled in Asia, with Kiran implementing innovative marketing, sales and product strategies across the 12 countries. In China, Kiran pioneered a 'market first' with the launch of a new product concept, based on segment research and analysis. While in London, Kiran's implementation of customer segmentation delivered increased sales volume of 15%, as targeted marketing, product offerings and sales promotions gained customer traction.

Throughout his career, as both a member of management teams or as a consultant, Kiran has successfully helped organisations embrace change and focus on the customer, enabling businesses to reach new levels of growth and enter new markets. At Air Partner, Kiran joins the global leadership team and reports directly to Mark Briffa, CEO.
