Appointment of Global Brand Ambassador

CloudTag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the health, wellbeing and fitness markets, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with international weight loss, fitness and wellbeing expert Jessie Pavelka, to act as CloudTag's Global Brand Ambassador.

An internationally recognised fitness expert for over 10 years, Jessie Pavelka has an impressive track record helping others develop practical and sustainable solutions to lose weight and live healthier lifestyles. He was the featured trainer on one of the most watched weight loss and fitness programme series in the USA 'The Biggest Loser' with up to 10.5 million viewers and in the UK has presented Sky TV documentaries 'Obese: A Year to Save my Life' and 'Fat: The Fight of my Life'. Jessie led the ITV Good Morning Britain campaign 'Sugar Free GMB' and he personally has a growing global social media profile of over 500,000 Facebook followers.

Jessie's unique approach to whole-life solutions is a perfect synergy with CloudTag's technology. Jessie has been chosen as an ambassador for Cancer Research's 2015 Race for Life and is a Patron for obesity charity HOOP (UK).

In keeping with the Company's strategy to align all key partners, Jessie's remuneration comprises of a monthly payment of cash and shares with an emphasis on driving product sales in 2016 and beyond. In addition to promoting the company to consumers throughout the product launch at the Consumer Electronics Show in January 2016 and through Jessie's social media and public appearances.
