Appointment of Financial Adviser

The Board of ARMS today announces the appointment of Houlihan Lokey to provide financial and debt advisory services in relation to the Company's existing capital structure. As part of Houlihan Lokey's role, they will be assisting the Company in the review and implementation of its options to address the upcoming maturity of the 2015 Notes, including the potential issue of new equity at ARMS, in order to allow the Company to move forward with an appropriate capital structure.

Following the completion of this review, the Company will update the market on process and timetable going forward.
