Appointment of Financial Adviser

The Board of Spice plc ("Spice" or "the Company"), the provider of Outsourced Utility Support Services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hawkpoint Partners Limited ("Hawkpoint") as Financial Adviser to the Company with immediate effect. Hawkpoint has been appointed to assist Spice in the execution of the strategy outlined in its Interim Management Statement on 23 February 2010.
