Appointment of Financial Adviser

Red Leopard Holdings Plc is pleased to announce that it has appointed Hannam & Partners (Advisory) LLP ("H&P") as financial adviser to the Company with immediate effect. H&P is a leading adviser in the natural resource sector, and will provide general strategic advice to the Company in this sector as the Company seeks to identify a reverse takeover transaction. Beaumont Cornish Limited continues to act as Nominated Adviser and Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited as Broker to the Company.
