Appointment of Finance Director

Castleton is pleased to announce the appointment of Spencer Dredge as Finance Director of the Company. Peter Hallett will, as planned, step down from the Board with immediate effect.

Spencer has more than a decade of experience in the technology sector having held a number of senior divisional and group finance roles for quoted UK technology companies. Spencer recently helped to execute the successful M&A programs at Redstone Plc, Maxima Holdings Plc and RedCentric Plc. Spencer's most recent role as an Associate Consultant at MXC Capital has seen him successfully deliver a variety of corporate transactions for both private and public companies. Spencer is a Chartered Management Accountant.

The appointment will be part time with an agreement to scale his commitment as the Company might require. Spencer will remain an Associate Consultant at MXC until such time as the position at Castleton becomes full time. Save as disclosed below, there are no additional disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to Mr. Dredge.

Directorships and partnerships in the last five years are as follows:

Spencer Neal Dredge (aged 40) is directly interested in 788,909 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which are held in his Self Invested Pension Plan.
