Appointment of Finance Director

Following the announcement made on 22 March 2010 that Ken Appiah will not seek re-appointment at the forthcoming AGM, the Board of Progressive Digital Media Group ('PDM') is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert John Marcus to the Board as Finance Director with effect from 29 March 2010.

Rob (34) joined PDM as Group Financial Controller in 2009. Prior to joining PDM Rob was Financial Controller at Telecom Corporation of New Zealand, which is New Zealand's largest listed company. He qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London.

There are no additional disclosure requirements to be made by Mr Marcus in relation to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
