Appointment of Finance Director
Innovation Group plc ("Innovation" or "the Group"), the leading provider of enterprise software, business process outsourcing ("BPO") and repair and service network management solutions to the global Property and Casualty insurance industry is pleased to announce that following her appointment as Acting Group Finance Director, Jane Hall, has been appointed as Group Finance Director with immediate effect.
Jane has been with Innovation Group for eight years and successfully performed the role of Group Financial Controller for four years prior to this appointment.
Confirming Jane's appointment Andy Roberts, Non-Executive Chairman of Innovation Group commented:
