Appointment of Group Finance Director
ITE Group plc, the international exhibitions group specialising in emerging and developing markets, announced today the appointment of Neil Jones (42) as Group Finance Director. Neil will commence in his new role and will be appointed to ITE's Board on 4th November 2008. Russell Taylor who was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 19th May 2008 will relinquish his role as Acting Finance Director.
Neil Jones joins ITE from Tarsus Group plc where he has been Finance Director since January 2007. Tarsus Group plc is a listed Group specialising in the organisation of trade exhibitions in Europe, America, UAE and Asia. Neil, who has held senior financial positions within the exhibition industry for over 10 years, joined Tarsus in 2003 as Group Financial Controller and prior to that was European Finance Director for Advanstar Communications, one of the largest US media groups. Neil is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, qualifying with Price Waterhouse in 1990.
Neil Jones holds 9,927 ordinary shares in ITE Group plc at the date of his appointment.

There are no further details requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
