Appointment of Finance Director

Superglass Holdings PLC, the UK's leading independent manufacturer of glass wool and mineral fibre insulation solutions, has appointed Theresa McLean as its Finance Director.

Ms McLean, who is currently the financial controller of the Company's principal trading subsidiary, Superglass Insulation Limited, will take over from Chris Lea and join the Board with effect from 1 June 2016. As announced on 21 March 2016, Chris Lea has accepted the role of Chief Financial Officer at Indigovision Group plc and will be transitioning into his new role over the coming weeks, but will remain as an executive board member until the end of June 2016.

Theresa Mary McLean, 38, is a Chartered Accountant who trained with Ernst & Young in Glasgow. She joined Superglass in early 2014 from Serco PLC, where she had been financial controller of the group's health business unit for two years. Prior to that, Ms McLean spent eight years at Sun Microsystems, where she held various increasingly senior roles in the company's finance department.

Ms McLean lives in Stirling and will continue to be based at the Company's headquarters. She will work closely with Chris Lea to manage a transition of responsibilities and to complete a smooth handover before the end of June, at which time Chris will step down from the Board.

The Company confirms that there is no further information which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in connection with Theresa's appointment.
