Appointment of Executive Director
Fortune Oil PLC announces the appointment of Mr Tee, Kiam Poon as an Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2009.
There are no matters requiring disclosure in respect of Mr Tee's appointment under paragraph LR9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
Mr Qian Benyuan, Chairman of Fortune Oil, commented:
