MCINERNEY HOLDINGS PLC Appointment of Examiner Confirmed by the High Court
McInerney Holdings plc ("McInerney" or the "Group") states that the appointment of an Examiner to McInerney, McInerney Homes Limited, McInerney Construction (Holdings) Limited, McInerney Contracting Limited and McInerney Contracting Dublin Limited was confirmed by the High Court this afternoon subject to a report by the Examiner being furnished to the High Court by 1 October 2010 for a further hearing on 4 October 2010.
