("121Media" or "the Company") 121Media appoints AOL's Eric Eichmann as EVP Operations 121Media (EPIC: OTO), a market leader in the field of targeted onlineadvertising, has appointed Eric Eichmann to the newly created role of ExecutiveVice President, Operations with effect from 10 July 2006.Mr Eichmann joins from AOL where he undertook a number of senior roles since1999. From early 2004, he was Senior Vice President, Advertising Operations,Promotions & Systems during which time he led the turn around of AOL'sadvertising operations, paving the way for the company's re-emergence as aleading player in online advertising. Between 1994 and 1999 Mr Eichmann workedfor leading global management consultants McKinsey & Co, undertakingassignments in Venezuela, Chicago, Paris and Washington.As part of his remuneration package Mr Eichmann has been awarded share optionsover 150,000 common shares in 121Media at an exercise price of 540 pence pershare.
