Appointment of Erica H. Boisvert as Chief Financial Officer

TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences technology company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Erica H. Boisvert as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Boisvert will have overall responsibility for the company's financial operations as well as Investor Relations.

Ms. Boisvert has over 20 years of financial management experience spanning a number of industries, including high tech, clean tech and public accounting. Most recently she was CFO of Southern Energy Management, a clean tech energy company and a certified B Corp. She was a member of the executive leadership committee.

Prior to Southern Energy Management, Ms. Boisvert spent eight years at SlickEdit Inc., a software company where she held the progressive roles of CFO, COO and President. Ms. Boisvert also served on the board of directors. During her tenure the company experienced consistent year over year revenue growth and profitability.

Previous to SlickEdit, Ms. Boisvert held senior positions in the high tech industry including: Director of Finance & HR at Koz.com, a social media company, Chief Accounting Officer & Financial Controller at NetTech Inc., a networking software company, and Financial Controller at MicroMass Communications, a communications software company delivering targeted marketing solutions.

Ms. Boisvert is a graduate of North Carolina State University, a Certified Public Accountant and a designated Chartered Global Management Accountant. She is a member of the North Carolina State University Board of Advisors for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. She also volunteers for the Triangle Radio Reading Service as an on air reader, serving the blind and print impaired.
