Michael McMahon has also been appointed to theTechnical, Health, Safety and Environmental Committee, the Audit and RiskManagement Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee. In addition, at the same board meeting, Sedupe ("Rams") Ramokgopa announced hisretirement from the board of the Company and the board of the Company'sprincipal operating subsidiary, Central Rand Gold South Africa (Proprietary)Limited, both with immediate effect.
