Appointment of Director

ILX Group plc (AiM: ILX), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software, announces that Edward ("Eddie") Kilkelly has joined the Group's board as Chief Operating Officer.

Eddie, aged 45, is currently Chief Operating Officer at ILX and has a background in Programme, Project and IT Service Management. Following a career in central government managing IT programmes and projects, Eddie has worked extensively throughout the training and consultancy industry and was Operations Director at Parity Training Ltd. Eddie joined the Group in March 2006 as Operations Director, progressing to Sales Director then Managing Director of the Best Practice Division and latterly becoming Chief Operating Officer.
