Appointment of director

The Board of r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment marketing company is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Richard Charles Geary Lycett (known as Charlie Lycett) as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Charlie has extensive experience in the media, arts and technology sector, specialising in entertainment relationships and media initiatives for over a decade. In 2003 he co-founded the Lucid Group, a UK-based PR agency spanning radio, TV, and online, working with David Bowie, The Rolling Stones and George Michael. In 2010, he was appointed by Sony Music Entertainment as managing director of the RCA Label Group in the UK where his roster included Beyonce, Justin Timberlake and Alicia Keys.

David Stoller, Executive Chairman of the Company, commented on the appointment:

"Charlie is a highly talented individual and successful entrepreneur who will bring a new dimension to the Board of r4e. In particular, his involvement in new and innovative ways of using digital media to promote the arts will combine well with our focus on developing this area for r4e. Charlie is well known to the Board and we look forward to working closely with him."
