Appointment of Director and Chair of Audit Committee

Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L) is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne Carolyn Lake, aged 48, to the board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect. Joanne is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment with over 18 years' experience of providing corporate finance advice to listed companies.
