Appointment of Director

The Board of StratMin, the AIM quoted investing company focussed on the natural resource sector, today announces that Manoli Yannaghas has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Gobind Sahney, Chairman of StratMin, commented:

Manoli George Richard Yannaghas (age 39) is currently an executive director of Red Rock Resources plc, where he has spent the last six years working on acquisitions and operations in Africa and South America. Red Rock is an exploration and development company pursuing an active 'steel feed' strategy for consolidating large scale interests in iron ore, manganese, and prospectively coal. He is a former financial analyst with international financial consulting firm Greenwich Associates, who has experience with start ups , small and medium sized businesses in which he has fulfilled roles in operations and corporate finance.
