Mr. McRaebrings more than 20 years' international experience to the eg solutions boardand one of his primary roles will be to advise and assist with the company'sinternational expansion strategy. Andy is Managing Director, International for Hays plc, the listed specialistrecruitment company. where he is responsible for all of Hays' businessactivities outside of the UK and Ireland. Andy, a qualified CharteredAccountant, has held a number of senior financial management and generalmanagement positions in the UK. He is also a non executive director ofAuctionair Limited.
