Mr Barnard, a metallurgical engineer with a Masters Degree in BusinessLeadership, joined IFMSA in January 2003 from ASA Metals' Dilokong Chrome Mine.He was responsible for the commissioning of their ferrochrome smelter and forincreasing productivity at their mine.
