Appointment of Director

Further to the announcements made on 30 September and 17 December 2015, Northbridge, the industrial services and rental company, is pleased to announce that Iwan Phillips has been appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director with immediate effect.

Iwan, a qualified Chartered Accountant, began his tenure with Northbridge as Group Accountant in July 2010 and became Company Secretary in November 2011. He has acted as Chief Financial Officer since September 2015. Prior to his employment at Northbridge, he worked as an auditor at BDO LLP.

Commenting on the appointment Peter Harris, Chairman said: "We are delighted to welcome Iwan as Group Finance Director and look forward to his contribution as a member of the Board of Northbridge."

Iwan holds 1,259 ordinary Northbridge shares (0.005% of Northbridge's issued share capital) and 56,000 options over ordinary Northbridge Shares.
