Evolution Group PLC07 June 2006 The Evolution Group Plc Appointment of Director The Evolution Group Plc (the "Group") is pleased to announce that Andrew Umbershas today been appointed to its Board as an Executive Director. Andrew Umbers(aged 42) is the Chief Executive Officer of Evolution Securities Limited, theGroup's investment banking subsidiary. He was previously a managing directorof Credit Suisse, having joined BZW in 1990. Martin Gray, the Group's non-executive Chairman, said, "We are delighted towelcome Andrew to the Board. We look forward to working with Andrew in growingour businesses." Alex Snow, the Group's Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are pleased Andrew has accepted the invitation to join the Board.
