Stanley Gibbons is pleased to announce that Ian Gregory Goldbart, 50, will join its Board as an executive director with immediate effect.

Following the acquisition by Stanley Gibbons of Noble Investments (UK) plc, Mr Goldbart is interested in 421,516 shares in the Company representing 0.91% of the Company's enlarged total voting rights.
