Appointment of Director
Further to the announcement that the recommended all-share offer by the Company to acquire the entire issued share capital of Green Compliance PLC ("Green Compliance"), by means of a scheme of arrangement, has received court approval, APC is pleased to announce that Mr Richard George Hodgson will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Hodgson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Green Compliance, where he has been a director since 2010. Mr Hodgson has many years of experience running the operational and financial divisions of both private and public companies, including three years as the Chief Financial Officer at Triplearc plc and two years as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Reconomy Limited. Mr Hodgson holds a B.A. Hons from Manchester University in Economics and Accounting, and he has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales since 1995.
Commenting on the announcement, Mark Robinson, CEO of APC Technology Group, said:
