11 October 2018. Moscow, Russia. PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Artem Pidnic has been appointed Director General of PJSC IDGC of North-West since 11 October 2018.

The appointment was decided by the meeting of the Boards of Directors of PJSC IDGC of North-West on 10 October 2018.

Artem Pidnic has management experience more than five years and acting Deputy Director General of PJSC IDGC of North-West since July 2018.
