Further to the Company's announcement of 29 October 2010, Savile Group plc, the AIM listed human resources consulting group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Palmer as a director with immediate effect.

Louise Palmer is co-founder and CEO of 7days Limited, the Group's recent acquisition. 7days Ltd is a leading design and effectiveness consultancy.

Jonathan Cohen, Chairman of Savile Group, said: "I am delighted to welcome Louise to the Board. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise in her area."

Louise Palmer owns 500,000 shares in the Company representing approximately 3.3% of total voting rights.
