Appointment of Director

The Board of Entertainment One is pleased to announce the appointment of Margaret O'Brien as an Executive Director.

Margaret currently leads all of eOne's corporate development and mergers & acquisitions activities, having previously held senior positions in the Company's Television Division. Margaret is a chartered accountant and joined eOne with the acquisition of Barna-Alper Productions in September 2008.

Following the death of Ron Atkey, announced by the Company on 15 May 2017, to meet certain Canadian residency requirements of Directors set out in the Company's Articles of Amalgamation, Mitzi Reaugh resigned as a Director of the Company to facilitate the appointment of Margaret O'Brien. Mitzi Reaugh was then re-appointed as a Director of the Company immediately after the appointment of Margaret O'Brien as a Director.

Disclosure requirements under Rule 9.6.13 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules are as follows:

· Mitzi Reaugh: Mitzi is currently a Director of ‎Harmonic, Inc.

· Margaret O'Brien: No disclosures

There are no further disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
