Appointment of Director

Town Centre Securities PLC, the Leeds based property investor and car park operator, today confirms that Ben Ziff, Managing Director of CitiPark, TCS's car parking subsidiary was appointed to the Board on 17 September 2015, as announced in the Company's final results.

Commenting, Edward Ziff, Chairman and Chief Executive said:

"Ben joined the company four years ago to rebuild our presence in the car parking sector and we now have a credible and profitable business which forms an important part of our investment portfolio.

The acquisitions over the last 15 months have doubled the size of the business and this appointment is well-deserved."

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.13R in respect of this directorship.
