Appointment of Director and Supervisor

According to the Company Law, the Articles of Association and relevant regulations, the Company held an employee congress recently.

Based on the actual work situation, the conference decided to adjust the employee directors of the 12th Board of Directors and the employee supervisors of the 12th Board of Supervisors of the Company. Mr. Zhang Zijian will no longer serve as the employee director, and Mr. Zhao Lijun will no longer serve as the employee supervisor. Mr. Shang Zhonghua was elected as the employee director of the 12th Board of Directors; Ms. Hu Jiangchun was elected as the employee supervisor of the 12th Board of Supervisors, with a term of office from the date of the election to the date of the term replacement of the current Board of Supervisors. Their term of office shall expire at the conclusion of the 12th Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.

Shang Zhonghua, male, born in October 1980, holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering and is a senior economist. He successively served as the chief operator of the centralized control in the Power Generation Department of Guizhou Qianxi Zhongshui Power Generation Co., Ltd., the shift leader of the Operation Department of Tianjin SDIC Jinneng Electric Power Co., Ltd., the planning engineer of the Planning Department of Tianjin SDIC Jinneng Electric Power Co., Ltd., the senior business manager of the operation management in the Production and Operation Department of SDIC Power, the senior business manager of the bidding and procurement management in the Business Management Department of SDIC Power, the senior business manager of the project development position in the Business Development Department of SDIC Power, the deputy manager of the Business Development Department of SDIC Power (during which he temporarily served as the deputy general manager of Tianjin SDIC New Energy Co., Ltd.), and the general manager of SDIC Inner Mongolia New Energy Development Co., Ltd. Currently, he serves as the deputy manager of the Thermal Power Management Department of SDIC Power.

Hu Jiangchun, female, born in February 1972, holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering and is an engineer. She successively served as the fourth-level sales representative in the Second Business Department of Guoneng Medium-sized Hydropower Industrial Development Company, the third-level sales representative in the Second Department of SDIC Medium-sized Hydropower Company, the third-level business supervisor in the Planning Department of SDIC Power, the planning supervisor in the Planning and Finance Department of SDIC Power Holdings, and the senior business manager of financial management in the Planning and Finance Department of SDIC Power. Currently, she serves as the senior business manager of the Finance Department of SDIC Power.
