APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Rountree as Chief Financial Officer of Games Workshop. Kevin, who has been with the Company for 10 years, assumes his new role and joins the Board of Games Workshop with immediate effect.
Rachel Tongue, who has been with the Company for 12 years, has been appointed Company Secretary of Games Workshop, also with immediate effect.
Kevin holds 1,126 Games Workshop ordinary shares. There are no further details required to be disclosed relating to Kevin Derek Rountree under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
