Roc Oil Company Limited27 June 2007 27 June 2007 ROC OIL COMPANY LIMITED ("ROC") STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR ROC is very pleased to advise that Mr Bruce Clement, the Company's ChiefOperating Officer, will be appointed as an Executive Director of the Company,effective 1 July 2007. Mr Clement, who joined ROC in 1997, has more than 25 years experience in theinternational oil and gas business. While at ROC, Mr Clement has sequentiallyheld the positions of Commercial Manager, Chief Financial Officer and ChiefOperating Officer. Prior to joining ROC, Mr Clement worked for Exxon and Ampolexas well as financial entity AIDC. Mr Clement, 50, holds a double degree (BSc andBEng) from The University of Sydney and a MBA from Macquarie University. Commenting on Mr Clement's appointment, ROC's Chief Executive Officer, Dr JohnDoran, stated: "It is a pleasure to welcome Bruce as an Executive Director, all the more sobecause he has been a stalwart of ROC from its earliest days when it was a smallprivate company with few assets other than a handful of dedicated staff.
