Appointment of Corporate Broker

Bisichi Mining PLC ('Bisichi'), the mining company with direct coal mining operations in South Africa, is pleased to announce that following a review of its corporate broking arrangements, it has appointed Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as corporate broker and Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as financial adviser to the Company with immediate effect.
