Appointment of Corporate Broker

13 December 2012: Further to the FTSE quarterly review and its announcement yesterday that United Drug plc ('the Group') will be included as a constituent of the FTSE 250 with effect from 24 December 2012, the Group is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jefferies Hoare Govett, a division of Jefferies International Limited, as its London corporate broker.
