Appointment of COO
Bilby Plc, a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, announces that Lee Venables, currently Executive Director, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.
Lee Venables was appointed to the Board as Executive Director on 4 September 2018 having been Managing Director of the Group's largest subsidiary Purdy Contracts Limited ("Purdy"). As part of his new role, Lee will be responsible for the management of the day to day operations of all companies and divisions within the group. John Lord, currently part of the leadership team at Purdy, has been appointed interim Managing Director of Purdy.
