Appointment of Company Secretary and CFO
The Board is pleased to announce that Kevin Nagle has been appointed as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Solomon Gold plc, effective immediately.
Mr Nagle has worked in the Accounting and Finance industry for a range of organisations for over 12 years. He has held senior financial positions with companies such as GEO Property Group, Peter Champion Mining Pty Ltd, and The Rock Building Society Limited.
Mr Nagle holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting Major) and is a member of CPA Australia.
Duncan Cornish will continue as (joint) Company Secretary until 28 November 2008.
