Appointment of Company Secretary
Albidon Limited has decided to combine the roles of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Accordingly, Mr Kevin Hart has agreed to resign as Company Secretary and Mr Len Troncone, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will assume both roles effective immediately.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Hart for his efforts during his tenure as Company Secretary.
