APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Air Partner plc announces that Michael Anscombe has been appointed as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators with over 25 years' experience as a company secretary gained in a variety of businesses. He will take responsibility for all company secretarial matters within the Company.
