Central Rand Gold is pleased to announce the appointment of Statucor Propriety Limited ("Statucor") as Company Secretary with effect from 6 March 2013. The appointment comes after the resignation of Clive Neuwerth as Company Secretary as set out in the announcement dated 11 January 2013.
Statucor is a long established company secretarial firm with experience working with listed companies. The Central Rand Gold Board of Directors is satisfied that the Statucor team has the necessary skillset and experience to provide an excellent service to the Company.
