Board Committees and Appointment of Company Secretary

The Innovation Group plc ('Innovation' or 'the Company' or 'the Group'), a global provider of enterprise software and business process outsourcing solutions to the global insurance, financial services, motor and fleet industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Liddiard as Group Company Secretary, effective immediately. James Liddiard, who joined the Company in 2002 and is Group Head of Legal, takes over the role of Group Company Secretary from Jane Hall, who remains Group Finance Director.

Following the appointment of Andy Roberts to Chief Executive Officer on 11th February 2010, the Board is pleased to announce the full committee roster as follows:

Audit Committee: Chris Banks (Chairman), James Morley, David Thorpe

Remuneration Committee: James Morley (Chairman), David Thorpe, Kurt Lauk

Nomination Committee: David Thorpe (Chairman), Chris Banks, Kurt Lauk.

David Thorpe, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:
