Appointment of Commercial Director

Conviviality Retail Plc (AIM: CVR), the UK's largest franchise-led off-licence chain, is pleased to announce that Kenton Burchell will be appointed as the Company's new Commercial Director and will join the Board of Conviviality on 3 March 2014.

Kenton is an experienced commercial operator who has held several senior positions in retail over a 25 year career, and is joining Conviviality from Musgrave Retail Partners GB ("Musgrave"). Musgrave are the operators of, amongst others, the Londis, Budgens and Supervalu brands. Kenton was most recently Trading Director at Musgrave, and has previously been Head of Trading Operations and Head of Buying.

Kenton Paul Burchell, 41, has not held any directorships and/or been a member of any partnerships in the last 5 years.

There is no further information on Kenton Burchell required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
