Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Photo-Me is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Mergui to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Group, with immediate effect.

Eric, who joined Photo-Me in 1995, currently covers all of the European businesses in the Group and also has responsibility for the Group's developing operations in China.

Serge Crasnianski, CEO of the Group, commented:

"It gives me great pleasure to appoint Eric Mergui as COO of the Group. He has worked closely alongside me for a number of years and his efforts have helped to transform and return Photo-Me to growth, particularly over the last three years.

"As Photo-Me continues to expand both in terms of geography and product lines, it is important to maintain a strong management structure and systems to support the Group through the next phase of its growth. Eric's promotion to COO will contribute strongly to this."
