Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

PartyGaming, the world's leading listed online gaming company, today announces the appointment of Per Widerström to a newly created role of Chief Operating Officer with effect from 15 February 2010.

Per has a wealth of experience within the online gaming industry and will join the Group's Executive Committee. His most recent roles were Chief Executive Officer and Director of Mangas Gaming Malta Limited and a member of Mangas Gaming group's Executive Committee, a company not dissimilar in scale and structure to PartyGaming, although with a greater emphasis on sports betting.

His experience also encompasses being CEO and Director of Expekt.com Ltd, Vice President and COO at Kyivstar GSM, CEO at Telenor Mobile Sweden and Director Operational Marketing & Business Development, The Coca-Cola Company.

Commenting on Per's appointment, Jim Ryan, Chief Executive Officer of PartyGaming, said:
